From the Taj Mahal in Agra to the India Gate in New Delhi, the musical motifs contained in this CD take you from the peaceful ambience of ancient cities to the booming bounce of Bollywood. Featuring purely indigenous music as well as some western-influenced fusion tracks, there is a great range of music and moods. With stunning live performances that stand on their own this is a great collection of Indian-themed music, featuring a few extra-long versions (4-6 minutes). Each track has 60 and 30 second cuts and some tracks include underscores as well.
