*Rights granted to the licensee include
the non-exclusive, world-wide rights for 99 years to synchronize the
music in any medium (including radio television and satellite programs
or commercials, theatrical releases, live or multimedia productions
etc.) in timed-relation with audio or audio visual productions in which
the Licensee is directly involved. The music may not be reproduced or
duplicated or sold on its own or for purpose of re-sale, renting, trading
or lending. The Licensee may however, charge a license fee to clients
using the music in productions for which the Licensee is also adding
other audio or visual elements. Other terms and conditions may apply.
